03 Products
We take care to display our products and their descriptions accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images on screen. Our matcha is a natural product, so slight variation in colour, aroma, and flavour between batches is normal and not a fault.
04 Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.
05 Discount codes and offers
Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, apply only within their stated validity period, and may be withdrawn at any time. Subscription savings apply automatically to subscription orders and are not a promotional code.
06 Subscriptions
By starting a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on your chosen delivery frequency until you cancel. You can pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account, with no lock-in. Changes made before your next renewal date apply to your next order. We will notify you in advance of any change to subscription pricing.
07 Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cannot fulfil an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
08 Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Info page and returns by our Returns Policy page. Both form part of these terms.
09 Your privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
10 Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and the Aceae name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
11 Consumer guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
12 Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim connected to a product or this website is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product.
13 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
