Nose:  Warm and subtly fruity, strawberry and dried rose.

Palate:  Earthy matcha character, deepened and warmed by the strawberry gum.

Finish:  Long, gently warming, grounding.

Colour:  Deep, even jade.

Best with:  Oat or almond milk, outstanding hot in cooler months.

Japanese ceremonial grade matcha, monk fruit, and strawberry gum (Eucalyptus olida). 70g / 20 serves.

HOW TO PREPARE

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Sift 3.5g (1 heaped tsp) into a bowl.
  2. Add 50ml / 2oz hot water at 80°C / 176°F.
  3. Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy and smooth.
  4. Pour into 180–240ml / 6–8oz of your preferred plant-based milk.
  5. Enjoy your latte.

Over ice: whisk with a splash of water, pour over ice, top with chilled milk. Blended: add one serve to a smoothie.
