THE STORY
The Vanilla & Honey blend is where we began. Before the botanicals, before the more complex pairings, there was this: ceremonial grade matcha and the simplest, warmest ingredients Australia had to offer. Australian honey rounds the natural bitterness of the matcha into something grounded and comforting. The vanilla lifts it. Together they make a cup you return to every morning.

Japanese ceremonial grade matcha, monk fruit, Australian vanilla powder, and honey powder. 70g / 20 serves. Contains honey. Not suitable for vegans.

Sift 3.5g (1 heaped tsp) into a bowl.
Add 50ml / 2oz hot water at 80°C / 176°F.
Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy and smooth.
Pour into 180–240ml / 6–8oz of your preferred plant-based milk.
Enjoy your latte.
Over ice: whisk with a splash of water, pour over ice, top with chilled milk. Blended: add one serve to a smoothie.
